I was captivated by these luxurious velvet and gold modern chairs! When I was tasked with designing a romantic modern dining room, I was inspired to create a captivating space that seamlessly blended earthy hues with a hint of bling for extra romance. The result is a chic and intimate atmosphere that is sure to make your dining experience a truly special one.

This room boasts a stunning backdrop of a white and gold marble wallpaper adorning the back wall. The remaining walls are finished in Benjamin Moore Mirage White and either Ice Mist or Easter Ribbon on the trim, tying in perfectly with other colors in the room.

Of course, the chairs are the biggest pop of color in the space. I’ve also brought in more color with the plants and flowers.

The furniture is a mix of Romantic Modern and Global styles with the gold metal pieces (the chairs, the chandelier, and the cabinet) giving a nod to Modern, while the table is reminiscent of Spanish travels. You’ll see below that I also chose modern contemporary tableware accessories.

My priority was to create a warm, welcoming space for guests while providing storage space in the room at the same time. This is a dreamy space, whether is shall be used by two or by four.
