Here's the game plan:

Initial consult on-site

  1. We kick off with a no-sweat consultation at your place.

  2. I'm all ears about your space vibes and how you roll.

  3. We talk mood, room function, and traffic flow – it's the good stuff.

  4. You share your color and texture preferences. Got existing furniture? Tell me about it!

  5. If extra hands are needed (think contractors, painters), we'll note it.

  6. We'll schedule a Letter of Agreement Meeting within a couple of weeks.

Letter of Agreement Meeting

  1. Sign Letter of Agreement.

  2. 100% of the design fee due at this time.

  3. Review decoration budget.

  4. Review large-item/online purchase budget.

  5. Take accurate measurements of each space.

Initial Concept Meeting

  1. Review initial concept

  2. Feedback discussion

Final Design Meeting

  • Review of revisions.

Trade Day (if necessary)
You do not need to be present for the meeting, I will be there to explain all the work that needs to be done.

You WILL need to sign all contracts and make all payments/deposits with tradesmen.

  • A 10% trade facilitation fee applies to the total cost of work completed by tradesmen. This fee covers the meetings, scheduling, and facilitation of tradesmen. Trades include contractors, painters, window covering specialists, lighting specialists, etc.

Final Design Approval Meeting

  • Approve and sign the design plan

  • Collect decoration budget

  • Establish payment method for large-item/online purchases

  • Review Total Budget (including Trade work)

Execution

  • Order and Procure Furnishings and Products

  • Schedule Creation and Installation

  • Contractor Management

  • Style Plan Creation and Presentation

Completion

  • Final Installation Planning

  • Reveal Day Preparations

  • Accessory and Style Plan Prep and Organization

  • Delivery, Installation and Reveal Day

And if you're up for the full shebang, the Full-Service Interior Design Process is the way to go. You'll get the lowdown on the Design Proposal and Letter of Agreement, and once we're all cool, it's a 100% fee collection to kick things off.

Got questions about measurements, trades, and plans? Don't sweat it – I've got pics and figures to give you a sneak peek of your future space.

After some focused design work, I'll lay out the full vision. You might see some tangible stuff, some conceptual styling – it's all in the mix. We'll tweak as needed.

Once you're all in, I'll handle selections and payments for materials and products. Sit back, relax, and let the design fairy do her thing.

If tradespeople are part of the gig, we'll get a timeline rolling. I'm all about keeping you in the loop.

We're almost there! Styling time is the final touch that makes your space super inviting.
