You do not need to be present for the meeting, I will be there to explain all the work that needs to be done.

You WILL need to sign all contracts and make all payments/deposits with tradesmen.

A 10% trade facilitation fee applies to the total cost of work completed by tradesmen. This fee covers the meetings, scheduling, and facilitation of tradesmen. Trades include contractors, painters, window covering specialists, lighting specialists, etc.

Full Service Interior Design Process:
If you choose to continue with me after the initial consultation, the Full-Service Design Process can begin. You will have the opportunity to review the Design Proposal and Letter of Agreement as soon as two weeks from the consultation date. We will sign the agreement once the parties have reviewed and agreed upon the design package and Letter of Agreement, and I will collect 50% of the fees to begin the custom design plan.

Measurements, collaboration with tradesmen, and creative planning will begin to create an innovative Design Plan to furnish, style and construct your new space. During the design process, you will receive pictures and figures about the approximate costs so you can see the finished space before it is built.

I will present my full design vision for your space for approval after about four weeks of diligent work on your Design Plan. Some design elements will be tangible, purchasable items, but others will be conceptual, such as styling. It may be necessary for me to make one to two revisions or modifications to ensure that the parties are both satisfied and ready to move onto the next phase.

Upon signing and approving the Design Plan, I will make all selections and collect payments for all materials and products. All products, materials, furniture, and finishes for the project will be managed and ordered by me on your behalf if this service is part of your design package.

If your package includes tradesperson and ordering services, a project schedule will be created, and I will coordinate all the necessary tradespeople for the job. As much as possible, I'll provide you with a timeline that will make it easier for you to plan around the work we are doing on your home. All shipments, shipments, and deliveries will be tracked and coordinated, and all items will be held and stored until the installation phase has begun. I will address all issues if items are damaged or incorrect.

Up to this point, the space has been conceptual in nature. It is the styling that makes the space feel warm and inviting. As a reveal day element, I like to keep this one somewhat of a surprise, though items can be reviewed and approved with you if you wish.

I will begin installing all of the finishing touches and accessories in the room(s) as we approach the end of the project. The Reveal Day preparations will begin on my end and an installation date will be provided. During the time I install your space, I ask that you plan some fun activities so that I may have the residence to myself and will be able to give you that big reveal.

I bring in a photographer about 1-5 days after the installation to photograph the areas. I may tour and share the space on social media on this day as well.

Full Service E-Design Online Package

$2,000.00

This is a design collaboration entirely online.

I will design your space and include visual resources during the entire process.

The design process typically takes 2-4 weeks.

I will design, you execute the plan at your own pace!

You receive:

–Free discovery call to get to know you and your style
– Questionnaire
– You provide measurements and photos
– Determine budget
– 6-12 weeks of design time
– Design concept presented on your private portal on my website with links to buy items to implement on your own
– First revision, if necessary
– The second revision, if necessary
– Execute the plan at your own pace!

After the Initial Consultation/ Questionnaire, you can purchase the DIY design package.

If you are in or near Rochester, NY I will come to your home to take measurements and discuss ideas and budget.

If you are out of town, you can provide the measurements for me and we will discuss all ideas via e-mail/phone.

Once I have all the information I need, I will take 6-8 weeks to create a unique, specific plan for your space/s. Once my design is complete, I will send you a conceptual plan with links to purchase all items via your personal private portal on my website (password protected).

After I have presented my design, you have the option to ask for up to 2 revisions for the space.

Once the design is perfected, you can begin it at your own pace!

Furniture Floor Plan Layout Package

$500.00

As someone that has always love to rearrange furniture, I love looking for alternative options with what I have to create a new function in spaces. The floor plan layout package is perfect for you if you need help rearranging your current furniture into a fresh configuration, looking to ditch the sofas and get a large sectional but your not sure how it will flow or finding the perfect pieces for your new home. If you are stuck trying to figure out what will work with your space let's figure out something new!

How it works:

1. Send me your room dimensions including all the walls, windows, doors and openings, outlets and ceiling height. Along with all the furniture dimensions that you want to use in the space and pictures of it. All of this must be submitted in a new project HERE.

2. I will compile 2 to 3 new floor plan arrangements for you with your existing furniture or new pieces. All floor plans will include measurements for new pieces of furniture so you can see what will fit.

3. Start Rearranging! Have a question when you get started, reach out and ask!
