Thank you for collaborating with Julie Ann Rachelle Interiors LLC. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.   • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods through Our ordering services.

  • Design Package refers to our agreement and contract for You to utilize Our design consultation services.

  • Website refers to Julie Ann Rachelle Interiors LLC, accessible from https://www.julieannrachelle.com

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

 

Your Order Cancellation Rights

Design Packages and Contracts

You are entitled to cancel Your Design Package within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling a Design Package is 7 days from the date on which You paid for the Design Package.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the cancellation request. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the

Design Package, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Product Orders Made by Us on Your Behalf

You are entitled to cancel Your Order according to the vendor’s return policy listed on their website. Items may be subject to a restocking fee as determined by the vendor.

 

Conditions for Returns and Refunds

In order for the Design Package to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

  • The Design Package was purchased in the last 7 days

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications, custom specifications agreed upon, or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. The vendor may also have the right to refuse returns of any merchandise according to their policies.

 

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to the vendor, unless your have procured our ordering and delivery service.

Edesign

For orders purchased by You, review the refund/return policies of the merchant.

Local Design Services That Incloude Our Procurement and Delivery Service

For orders purchased by Us on behalf of You, return depends on the type of Design Package you have purchased from Us.

If you have purchased Goods based on our design and shopping list, you must refer to the merchant's return and refund policies.

If We have ordered Goods on Your behalf, the return policy will be outlined in your Services Contract.

If We have ordered custom Goods on Your behalf, there is no cancellation, return, or refund on custom Goods. In the effect of a defective item, We will

attempt to remedy the situation with the Vendor.

Contact information will be listed in Your Contract.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment.

Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received

return delivery.
