This family room in Greece, NY had not been updated in over 25 years. The design delivers an updated look that overcomes budget restraints as well as blending of existing and new furnishings and decor. A transitional design style between contemporary and mid-century modern is utilized to create a relaxing, sophisticated, and modern space. This concept features a fireplace makeover with floating shelves to host the client’s existing decorative accents while featuring the client’s favorite artwork.
